We have never worked with an agent as honest or thorough as Logan. He shared his knowledge and expertise with us on every house, rather than just try to make a sale. He understands that this is the biggest investment of our lives, and does everything to make sure it’s the right decision. He doesn’t just know houses, he understands electrical, plumbing, structural issues, and always comes prepared with background information about permits, comps, everything. On top of all that he is truly just such a genuine friendly guy. Can’t recommend him highly enough. I know in this industry, everyone “knows a guy” they feel obligated to use.
