Worked with Marc on 3 transactions (One sale/purchase and one investment) Marc was very detailed and made sure we understood the process well. Our home sold in just a few days for over asking price. His staging advise paired with stunning pictures and video sure made our home listing look attractive! He did an amazing job catching items that we wouldn't have noticed without his expertise when we purchased our new home. His surrounding of professionals (mortgage, inspection, condo review company, staging and lawyer) were very efficient and made the process very efficient.
