Of all the people, agents, and contractors I interacted with for this purchase, Marissa unquestionably was the sole best. She is extremely professional and polite yet so friendly and approachable and goes out of her way to address every concern you may have along the way. I would bother her with a text even late in the evening and she would get back to me only immediately or as soon as she could. Despite the fact that the unit I was purchasing was actually of a very modest price and the deal unfolded eventually in a very complicated and cumbersome way (due to the unit getting flooded after the purchase contract), Marissa never fell short of anything but being supportive and encouraging an agent like no other. Comparing her with a lawyer who did not answer any single question of mine without first expressing worries about his fees and demanding an e-transfer, it becomes evident that Marissa truly loves her job and genuinely works in the best interest of her clients.
