He listened to what I was looking for and never once pressured me into anything. Mark is a what you see is what you get kind of guy and never tried to sway my decisions or show me things outside of my budget. Mark was excellent to work with, he was patient, knowledgeable, reliable and provided excellent advice through the entire process. Mark’s knowledge of Kelowna was very valuable to us, we are moving from Calgary. Mark found the information required even when it wasn’t readily available. He did his homework and we felt very knowledgeable when making an offer. We started looking at condos and found that wasn't for us, quickly moved to single family homes and landed up buying vacant land to build.
