I used Marlene to help me rent out my condo and she did a horrible job. She convinced me to rent to three undergraduate students by telling me that their employers and previous landlords had wonderful thing to say and that she had a good feeling about them. They signed a 14-month lease. They moved in and immediately started causing problems. I received noise complaints from the neighbours. They asked to break their lease four months in. Once we agreed to a move out date and that they would pay rent up until that date, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. They cancelled their cheques and abandoned the apartment without notifying me and left two broken bedroom doors. Marlene has terrible judgement, was not helpful through the very stressful process of dealing with my tenants and charged an exorbitant fee. - Aneka Rao
Marlene was a fantastic agent and made the sale of our condo a breeze. We felt that she really knew the area (Plateau Mont-Royal) well and was well-connected to lots of potential buyers. Great service overall and we would definitely use her again. - Anthony
