Easily the best experience I've had either buying or selling a house. Marshall was amazing, he took 100% of the stress away in what normally is a stressful situation. Marshall was extremely accommodating and arranged everything around my schedule and was very generous with his time, spending as much or as little time at each property that I wanted. Marshall was so helpful, keeping me updated at every step of the process. I was 3 provinces away during most of the process but he went above and beyond to arrange things and to make sure everything that needed to be done was done, and in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about my experience, Marshall shows genuine happiness for you when everything is said and done.
