My wife and I have used Marta as our Realtor twice now, once to buy our house, and again over ten years later to sell our house. We also kept in touch with her multiple times over the years to discuss other properties and to confirm information about our property. Despite the myriad changes in the market, Marta remained knowledgeable and on top of any changes throughout all of our interactions, and was always polite and professional. When we sold our house, it was vacant while we had it repainted before listing, and Marta kept an eye on it for us, helped with maintaining and cleaning up the yard, and truly went the extra mile when it came to getting the house ready for listing. She helped ensure that we got top dollar for our house, while keeping our expectations reasonable.
