We would like to say how happy we were with having Marta and Andrew as our Real Estate Agents for the sale of our home. We had used an assortment of Real Estate agents over the years but none had us wanting to use them again. We discovered that Marta and Andrew had sold a home down the street from us and we asked to meet them. Marta and Andrew were knowledgeable about OUR neighbourhood, the current market conditions and analyzed the pros and cons of our property. They suggested a few things to help highlight our home’s features and worked with us on a smart strategy for the sale. Marta and Andrew are a TEAM! While each of them has individual talents, they work so well together that no part of the process was forgotten or overlooked. From explaining the results of our pre-sale home inspection to dropping off snacks and treats while we were busy packing those last few days; from a spectacular staging of our home to organizing an effective marketing strategy ... we were impressed!
