Massimo was recommended to me when I had to sell my in-laws estate. I'll never forget he showed up in his Benz and suit all smug. I did sign with him - what a mistake. He never answered my calls, always called me a few hours later, pressured me into under listing the property, always insisting he knew the market. We did sell the property under price. A similar home across the street sold almost 2 weeks later for $45,000 more. Obviously he just wanted to minimize his work and get paid. After we questioned his antics he stood by his work and insisted we did well on the deal. He charged us total 4.5% and was so crude as to say we got a deal. I would not recommend him.
