We loved working with Mathieu to find our cottage! He was very responsive and quickly got up to speed with what our priorities and interests were, including offering valuable feedback on places we flagged as being interested in and advising how they fit or didn’t fit with what we were looking for. He also offered a lot of experience and knowledge about the kind of work different properties would need and the investment value. As a result, we were able to narrow down our options and spend a day driving around the Laurentians. We ended up finding the perfect spot that day!
