J'ai été très satisfaite des services rendus par l'équipe de Marty Waite. La vente de mon condo c’est fait très rapidement. Chaque fois que j’avais des questions, ils répondaient dans un délai très court. Merci à Lyssia responsable du home staging, une personne dynamique mais surtout respectueuse. I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Marty Waite and his team. I recommend him without hesitation! Marty met with me before I had decided to sell. He assessed my building and gave me sound advice on renovations and modernizations, highlighting their added value once completed. This meeting was completely pressure-free, and the same was true for everything that followed, which I greatly appreciated. When I decided to sell, Marty and his team quickly listed my property including professional photos and high-quality virtual staging. I received multiple showings and several offers in less than 48 hours, achieving a selling price that exceeded my expectations. The offers were expertly managed by Mathieu Trépanier, a member of Marty's team. Mathieu's support continued, and I am so grateful for it. After the offer was accepted, the transaction became complicated for the buyer. This buyer, who was from outside the city, encountered a series of problems: errors from his bank, a lack of responsiveness from his agent, a notary who wasn't taking in the transaction, and documents lost or not forwarded by his agent and notary. Mathieu remained incredibly supportive, managing the situation with exceptional responsiveness and perseverance, and doing everything possible to ensure the sale went through despite the obstacles, even late into the night before the signatures at the notary's. His availability and professionalism were crucial in overcoming these difficulties and ensuring the completion of the transaction.
