We moved here from out of province and had started to do an on line search. After looking at one of Matt's listing and inquiring about it, Matt actually called us. All other Realtors just inundated us with emails. Matt was our "viewing" person as the houses were selling so quickly we did not have time to come out and view for ourselves! Matt would go through the houses we were interested in, make a video and then forward that to us. He pointed out any concerns that he had and made sure we were aware.
