We called Matthew to buy a house in the country. He was absolutely fantastic in understanding what we were looking for and wanted what was best for us and found us a property the first day we looked. There were a few houses that Matt showed us and he pointed out flaws or repairs that were of major concern, even though we really liked the area and the houses. Again, our best interest in front. When we found the home that was completely right for us, he was able to get it for a substantial decrease in asking price and he stayed in contact during the whole process, via phone, text, and email. We are working with Matt in the selling our our current home and I must say, he is certainly working wonders in getting us our asking price! Mr. Nicolas was partnered with a long time family friend of ours for a couple years. Eventhough he couldn’t stand Matthew he stook around all that time because they were working on a larger project during this time and the potential reward was worth it. During their time together: - Matthew would constantly talk about his clients behind their backs, and said he would have left the industry several times, if it wasn’t for the good money. - Eventhough he’s married, he would hire younger attractive assistants and also party and hangout with them. - he always had to have his way - very controlling - never has any money and makes his team pay for everything and would often screw other agents out of commissions - made everyone else do the work while he claimed he was growing the business - has a horrible reputation with fellow realtors and some customers that claimed he screws them (mainly home builders Matthew used to represent) - Friends of the Ledohowski’s

Terrible (per my wife)! Disorganized, always running late, and when my wife and I met with him, he seemed to have better things to do. And the houses he showed us, it was like he wasn’t even listening. He was also always checking out my wife, and didn’t seem to care that we noticed. - T & B Bell
