Matt initially began showing me listings while my house was for sale… knowing the house could take awhile to sell he nevertheless was quick to take me to showings to help me to realize what I was looking for in my next home! We saw many listings to help in this process and Matt showed nothing but patience and responsiveness to get me into listings around my schedule. With him living in the Chilliwack area, I found him to very knowledgeable of the area and was very readily able to go view listings. Matt showed great professionalism always through the entire process and went the extra mile to make sure my purchase was handled in the best way! Matt went above and beyond for me, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, we sold and bought in a market that houses were outbidding. He showed properties as soon as they hit the market, ended up getting multiples on our townhouse, we bought for under asking in a market that was well over asking. Matt was great to deal with , he was able to walk us through each step of our sales process , right from getting it set up for sale , having great photos and video done for our listing , being accessible for questions at anytime. Directing us and helping us find a notary and mover , who were also very good as well. Then when we were interested in buying he again set up and helped us find our new home. Again his knowledge and diligence helped immensely, made very easy for us to do and make decisions.
