I am so happy that I called Max that morning to discuss the sale of waterfront property and marital home in Barrie. I am divorced from my former spouse living in the basement; he had his name on the property and legally owned the home. This was a complete nightmare situation for me; I was hurting every day and did not know what to do. I wanted to sell both properties and move out of this situation but where will I go with my three children? I called Max and spoke to him about my situation; Max gave me a piece of sisterly advice to stay in the home and to buy out the ex- from the sale of the vacant land.
