My wife and I came to Kelowna for the first time last summer and fell in love with it! We were keeping an eye on the real estate listings and what looked to be an ideal house for us became available in an area which hadn't had any listings up until then. A friend recommended Mehrsa to be our agent. After visiting Kelowna to see the house with her we knew we wanted it, so decided it would be best to make an offer as quickly as possible (as this house would likely get a lot more interest with more time on the market). I have to say that I was very impressed with Mehrsa acting on our behalf. She definitely went above and beyond to get our offer in quickly and advised us so we could put in a reasonable (competitive yet fair) offer. Fortunately, we were successful (largely I believe because we had Mehrsa on our side)! It was a pleasure working with her.
