Melanie was amazing from start to finish. This was our first time selling a home and were going in with very little knowledge on the process. She blew us away at our first meeting with a digital presentation of the process and documents involved. We had no questions afterwards as she had answered all of them nearly entirely with what she had showed. We had set up meetings with multiple realtors to see what our options were like but, after the meeting with Melanie, nearly cancelled all of them immediately. We felt a great connection with her from the start but decided we should do our due diligence and see what others would do. We were very disappointed with the other realtor from another group who came in with a small folder, stood in our kitchen for 5 minutes and left. It was nothing like what she did and there was no connection at all. After that second meeting, we cancelled the rest and decided we had found our person.
