We recently listed, sold, and purchased our "new" home with Meredith and the MK Team. Meredith is extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and very down-to-earth. It was a very emotional time for us, as the home we were selling we had lived in for 28.5 years, my husband having built it at that time, our kids being raised there, and my late parents living in the home with us for a number of years; needless to say, there was a ton of memories we were leaving behind. We had Meredith in to give us some pointers as to how far to go with renos/painting, etc., and a ballpark figure according to the current market conditions. It took us several months to be ready to list, as everything took a lot longer than we had anticipated (doing it all ourselves), but Meredith was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. We ended up listing in September 2022, during an ever-changing market, but Meredith encouraged us to list just above the price we wanted. We ended up with several showings quite quickly, and after a slight price reduction the second week, we received a conditional offer, and notification of 3 other potential offers; she helped us navigate through this, and we ended up selling at full price within 10 days. Meredith demonstrated her professionalism many times over the next couple of weeks, dealing with the purchasers' agent and our emotions (we know it wasn't easy lol) Once the offer firmed up on our property, we went to look at a few properties, which Meredith was always willing to travel an extra distance to, and we ended up purchasing the "perfect" property, with her encouragement, and knowledge of the area. We really felt like "deer in the headlights" throughout this whole process, but Meredith's professionalism, patience, suggestions and knowledge really helped us make the right decisions. Meredith, made buying and selling my house such a breeze!
