I’ve used Michael, previously, to sell my townhouse and, recently, to buy my condo, and I cannot say enough good things about him! His knowledge of the current market and of Downtown Vancouver is so in depth that he was able to advise us on each building that we saw. Michael, was patient with understanding the different requirements that I had compared with my husband, and was able to help make both of our dreams come true. In fact, we used a different agent to sell our house, while we were searching for our condo, and Michael was always available and happy to answer any questions that our selling realtor couldn’t. This in itself was impressive. So, rest assured that you will find a realtor with integrity, knowledge, and honesty, in Michael.
