I am pleased to write a recommendation for Michael Ireland PRC. Michael has worked with us on and off for about 15 years and I have the utmost confidence in him and his company. We recently sold our family home and Michael acted as our agent in the sale. We were stuck in Colombia due to Covid border closures and had to initiate the listing from there. This seemed like a pretty complicated affair selling your house from a different continent. It wasn’t. Michael and his team dealt with our tenant and made the whole this look easy. Michael and his team made the whole thing seamless. We arrived home after our house had already been for sale for about 2 weeks. Within 2 more weeks the house was sold! Michael’s level of professionalism is really a rarity these days. His team and he make up a well oiled sell your home machine! Michael keeps in close touch and communicates clearly and often.
