I first met Michelle when I went to view a house in Picton, since i was considering retiring there. She was such a lovely person and so easy to talk to and be around. We ended keeping her on as our agent and bought a beautiful house after being shown 4 great choices. Michelle was very professional and kept in touch throughout the process. Unfortunately it was not to be and so the house was sold. Michelle was very supportive through the difficult times and to this day is still keeping in touch. Michelle was excellent with the sale of our house the staging advice an pictures came out perfect and we had multiple offers in the 4 days we waited and sold for well over our asking price. And we believe it was because it was everywhere there was no place you looked and didn't see the listing. Excellent marketing and a wonderful person to deal with.
