Michelle is amazing! She was incredibly patient with use as we searched for the perfect home and helped us put offers in on 3 different homes, with the last being successful. She helped to make sure every part of the process went smoothly and since the home we bought was through Comfree, it felt like we had a huge advantage over the sellers by having someone on our side who really knew what she was doing and insisted that several deficiencies were addressed before we took possession. Similarly, the sale of our house was as easy as it could be. Michelle offered sound advice about where to price it, which resulted in multiple offers above asking price and a sale in only 3 days!
