The BEST decision of my life was to meet Mike and his team for my mortgage services! The Mortgage Centre had been suggested to me when I was starting my house hunting, and thank goodness for that. I have used one of the 'big five' banks in past for this, and it was a stressful, tense process. From meeting Mike (virtually because of COVID) and chatting about his services, I immediately had the feeling I was in good hands. He was patient with all my questions (no matter how many), provided great information, and was only a phone call or email away (he answers them quickly. Not in 3 days like the 'bank'). He often followed up with emails to confirm our conversations and what he required me to compile. All in all, they took away all the stress and fretting!! He kept me in the loop at all times and was able to complete the process much more quickly than the bank would have. And his services don't stop once the mortgage is approved. There was follow up and a 'treat' (I won't spill the beans) on the day I took possession. All in all, the team is extremely professional and knows their 'stuff'. I would highly recommend them to anyone debating on the best route to obtain a mortgage-his services' lower the stress level and the personal service afforded is extraordinary.
