Miko was my agent for my purchasing of a condo unit in Burnaby, BC. At that time I was at Winnipeg and my locked special interest rate was due to expire in 2 weeks. Miko did a great job in helping me searching the property, negotiate the price, made the offer, facilitated all the processes and finally we successfully closed the deal within 2 weeks. I was deeply impressed by her service quality throughout the deal as well as her candid, hardworking, trustworthy and considerate personality.
