Mitch was responsive, attentive, and thoughtful in his work with my husband and I. We were looking for something quite specific and he diligently and patiently went through various listings and showings. Once we landed on a final 2 houses, he quickly coordinated repeat showings to help us make the decision. He provided honest feedback on the properties and was hands-on evaluating different aspects of the house including vents, water heaters, windows, etc. His knowledge of the market was reassuring when making an offer and he was receptive to our feedback on how we felt it was best to move forward.
