I wish I had read some of these reviews before dealing with Murray. Murray was irritatingly tone-deaf throughout the sale of my property. He mixed up who he had conversed with (me or my ex) and wouldn't correct himself when it became apparent he had made another mistake. Only days into the sale, Murray came to my office so that I could sign a counteroffer. Seemingly put out by this, he said the following while walking away: "now I can get on with my day." I think that about sums it up. Folks - let Murray get on with his day by taking your business elsewhere. - M B

Terrible. Late for everything including possession day. Filled paper work incorrectly jeopardizing our offer. Sent other home buyer's confidential information to me by mistake. Run far and fast away from Murray. - Annn

He did not know the listing when I arrived, he did not get my counter offer in,once purchased he did not meet me to give me my keys, the house was conditions were not met and he suggested I just do it myself. It seemed like he was just wanting a quick cheque and that's it. - Clarke seebach
This is my second purchase from Murray. He showed us properties, explained the pros and cons to each place, wrote offers and counter offers, worked late into a Saturday night. the first house we bought for our daughter 12 years ago he even helped us unload her furniture when it was -35 - Peter Klassen
