DO NOT! Ever use this man for anything. After reading reviews that i wish i read before getting involved with nasar . He gauranteed me a mortgage in writing and 4 days before closing after having my information for 3and a half months told me we have a problem . When i asked him what we would do to fix this he tried to push me to a private mortgage that was double what he gauranteed me . When i refused he told me his insurance was paid up and to take him to court because he goes all thr time anyways! Wow . There was no compassion no guilt .i cant say enough bad things about nasar and if you are reading this before using him pls pls pls use anyone else. I recently used Nasar Noorzad for as an agent (just because I was using another agent that works with him.) I did not do my due diligence and research him or I would never have used him as an agent or mortgage broker. This was the most stressful process that we went theough while I was 8 months pregnant. The closing of the property was 2 days before my daughter was due and Nasar cancelled our motgage because he was mad that he though i wrote a bad review about him. In fact I had not even seen any reviews about him up until that point. Im noticing that any positive review on here is written by him. Anyways all in all I do not recomment him as a agent or a broker! I hVe met 3 other families that have used him as both and are all in the same situation as me. He will help you get a mortgage approval and then cancel it to send you to get a private mortgage at a high interest rate to get a commission cut. Also as an agent he has promised many people he would fix things in the homes they are buy only to leave it broken and disappear when the sale is final. Pllleasee do your research and pick an agent that knows how to respond to your emails and helps you with your purchase instead of sabotaging it for personal gain of a few more bucks. - Shabana Kaker
