From the moment we first spoke right through to our offer being accepted on our dream home, Natalie was super communicative and also very patient and understanding of our many questions as first-time buyers. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect house. We viewed the house one afternoon and decided to "sleep on it" as to whether we wanted to put in an offer or not. The next morning when we phoned her to say we wanted to put an offer on the house, she'd already drafted the offer because she had a hunch we would want to go ahead. This kind of initiative with things like having an offer already drafted helped save us additional thinking and stress, and also saved time so the offer could be sent in faster before other offers. She helped arrange other things for us as well, such as an inspection company to do the inspection. All the extra little things she did, really made for a wonderful and seamless experience. During the finance approval phase a few unexpected snags came up, but she even stepped in here and kept us calm (and I almost want to say sane) while we navigated through the uncertainty. She was an instrumental piece of the puzzle in our home purchasing journey and we are forever grateful.
