My wife and I rarely write testimonials but we both wanted to thank Neil for an incredible experience. He undersold and over delivered.
Neil is the consummate professional with a West Coast feel. He breaks all the negative stereotypes you have heard about real estate agents.
We were fully satisfied with his attentive and caring service. Neil is an excellent listener and we felt from moment one that he was on our side. He always asked for our opinions first, respected our ideas, and decision-making process, while providing us with solid ideas and advice throughout the process of selling and buying. We liked his understated confidence and sense of humour.
Hire Neil before he gets too busy. He will make the buying and/or selling process as stress-free as it can be. He is honest and confident enough to tell you when he thinks you're on the wrong path. You'll get a pro who is responsive, works long and hard and follows through consistently. - K & T Johnston
Neil Aldridge was absolutely excellent in helping me to find my home. He truly worked for me with complete integrity and was not self-serving in any way. He offered guidance in a way that gave me confidence that I was going to find the home I wanted. Neil was dependable, professional, and personable. He gave timely prompts and reminders during the process of the purchase of my home. I would highly recommend Neil Aldridge to any of my friends as a realtor. - M. Bromley
There are lots of stereotypes out there regarding Real Estate Agents and Neil Aldridge fits none of them. We bought a home In Nanaimo while living in the United States. At first we were very reluctant. However, Neil Aldridge gained our trust and did a 5 star performance regarding honesty, integrity and professionalism! We can't thank you enough. Cheers, Ben and Laurie - Benjamin Bollich

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
