I fell flat on my bum when this agent tireless kept asking questions about my nationality, my origins since I don't have a typical Canadian name...even if I mentioned that I am a Canadian citizen. Then, when we met in person, he came to my place and asked me 'GIVE ME YOUR WIFI PASSWORD I NEED INTERNET', he didn't asked nicely, he demanded. Our meeting was for private family health insurance but he spent 80% of his time telling be about disability insurance. During the time he spent with me, he was very patronizing, condescending and literally insulting. He looked at me in the eye and said, what do you do for a job? a clerk or something? he made me understand that because of my roots / skin color /name I have to be an entry level person...when I told him that I am a director her cut the discussion short and was annoyed. Very very very bad service from this agent. He was very insulting, arrogant and looked down upon people. - Asaad Jumeer
