I got the run around from Nicole. I contacted her to view a property that is currently still listed on mls. Getting in contact with her was very difficult and took her 4 days to respond to my initial call and email. After she finally messaged me it still took days between text messages. In the meantime I asked another realtor to help. In the notes she put it had a conditional offer but no details. A day later I found out it was conditional of a home so I was excited thinking I could go in no conditions. Nicole then said the seller doesn't want to do any more showings (even though it is still listed) and told my realtor the owner is saving the property for his friend. When told how unethical that was and she should take down the listing she stated that then she wouldn't get commission. All in all the most horrible experience with a realtor I have ever had! - Sarah Trotman
Nicole is not your typical Agent. She will put the client first every time, whether it means losing part of a commission, driving all over town or spending hours upon hours trying to find you the perfect home!! She is amazing agent and an all round fantastic human being - Ryan
