Nik helped us find and make the purchase of our new home quick and easy and he was extremely helpful in helping us find our new home. We were quite picky and Nik went above and beyond what we were expecting in narrowing down and showing us properties as they were freshly put on the market. With the overheated market we were able to buy a home for below asking thanks to him really pushing to work hard for us. We dealt with numerous realtors before when buying and selling other homes and Nik will be our "go to guy" for any future transactions. - Am
