Please beware of this real estate, she is a money worshipper and she is very cheap and acts very honest and professional but is the opposite. She made me lose on both buying and selling of the property. Unimaginable amount of money. She referred my husband to her own lawyer where she has connection and took a couple of thousand on selling the property beside her commission. Please if you see and good review thats her own family or friends. - michelle

Highly recommend Nito. She goes beyond the call of duty and has been a Godsend to me and my family. House sold in record time, above asking price. I won't deal with any other agent but her when it comes time to buy again.

I thought Nito was the right agent for me however she wasn't. She never returns my calls, emails and breaks promises. She says she will do something and never do it, and doesn't listen to what I need. Would not recommend at all.

Please be very cautious when choosing your agent. Nito appears very friendly. but, she made promises and never came through, which ended up costing us a LOT of extra money. My lawyer was shocked by the way nito was conducting business. He told me she was the most unprofessional agent he had dealt with.
Please i request everyone, try to forget about referral she is not even worth it. She is arrogant, she only sees the deal if she makes money or not. Once you sign up with her, she is after you not like other realtors that they cancel the deal. - Jennifer
