J’ai contacté Ofir pour louer des condos, j’etais un peu stressé car ca devait etre loué pour le 1er juillet et je l’ai contacté 2 semaines avant, j’etais à l’etranger avec le decalage horaire j’etais un peu inquiet car je ne lui avais jamais montré les condos. Heureusement, il a ete super efficace, il est même parti cherché les clés et tout etait fait en 48h. Les condos ont ete loué en 5 jours et m’a même negocié un terme de 2 ans, ce qui est vraiment cool. Il a ete rapide, efficace, il m’a trouvé de bons locataires et ce en un temps record. Il m’a conseillé sur les prix et a réalisé une étude de ce qui se faisait dans lee secteur en me donnant un comparatif.
