Oleg is not an honorable businessman he sold us a property which included items in the price that were either missing or simply junk. As well the basement and crawlspace were full of stuff he didn't want which we are still disposing of. He refused to return monies paid for items that did not work, he simply works for the benefit of Oleg, no one else! - Steven Riddell

Oleg Chernyakhovsky is a liar. He approached me with a business to sell as a real estate agent. I declined his offer, and after that he proposed a 50/50 partnership and a guaranteed business plan. We opened a corporation together, began filling out the paperwork, and tricked me into being the only one to sign these agreements. Though all of our accounts are under both of our names, or just his, I am the one who has to take the final responsibility. He refused to pay for any of the renovations, any of the rent or bills, but is expecting a share of the profits this business does not have. He conned me into a failing business, tricked me into pouring all of my money into it, and has left me to deal with a now failing business. He has broken our verbal agreement, and has abandoned me once seeing that more work then what he was willing to do needed to go into this restaurant. Do not invest with Oleg. Do not go into a partnership with Oleg.
