Olivia stage our home, hired a professional to take pictures and video, and answered any questions we asked. Our home sold and completed with us getting maximum money. Olivia arranged cleaning staff the day of the move which again made it less stressful. On the other end we bought using Olivia as our agent and again she negotiated a fair price for us. Olivia was excellent, she staged my home so well I seriously considered not selling. When we viewed homes, she was always pointing out negatives that I had missed, if she had wanted to just make the quick buck she could of probably sold me the second home we looked at, but after her pointing out negatives I decided to move on.
