Paula was phenomenal. I have used her for several sales and purchases of homes and she has always gone above and beyond in what I would ever have expected in a realtor. She is incredibly professional, she is more knowledgable than most and I would 100% trust her with any future sales or purchases I make. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Paula, especially as a first-time home buyer! From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient with me, never pushy, and always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions I always felt like Paula genuinely had my best interests in mind. She was always responsive and easy to get ahold of, and when it came time to negotiate, I knew I had someone in my corner who was going to advocate for me and make sure I was getting the best possible outcome. Buying your first home is exciting, but it can also be pretty overwhelming, and Paula made the whole process feel so much easier and less intimidating.
