DO NOT CONTACT THIS MAN! SCAM ARTIST! We contacted him to view a home for sale and arranged to view it Saturday morning with him. 30-mins before we meet, he emailed to ask to delay the meet time. We agreed, then when we showed up at the home, THE HOMEOWNERS HAD NO IDEA! HE SCHEUDLED THIS WITHOUT THEIR APPROVAL!? We were so embarassed and so were the home owners. We left in a hurry and then Pavan emailed us to say the homeowners weren't aware -- why did he not know this beforehand!? -- but he "be happy to show us the home tomorrow." ABSOLUTELY NOT! He's absolutely sneaky, slimy, and wouldn't recommend him at all. - C. King
