Would not recommend. We purchased a house from this agent, she did not disclose the fact that the previous owner had died in the house. our purchase agreement also stated as is and all contents of the house as it is would be left there. when i had inquired about the shed during the purchasing time, she said it was still locked so she doesnt know whats inside. So as the agreement goes we get to keep what was inside. But when we arrived, she had gone above and beyond to notify the previous owners that there were still contents inside and it was all stolen from us. our kids were excited to treasure hunt inside, but to our surprise, it was completely cleaned out. We have no idea what treasures awaited us. Start to finish she has not been professional and was not knowledgeable about the statusbofnthe home. The home was in absolute terrible shape. and her tactics to get you to purchase a house for higher than market price is disgusting. - Jeffrey Wong
