Seemed pretty nice and helpful in the beginning, then he sent me listings which were already conditionally sold which was complete waste of my time trying to sift through. Then when he told me the rate he would charge to represent me on a private purchase, I was shocked at how high it was. After mentioning that it “seemed quite high in my opinion”, he promptly replied with “you should find another agent” and removed the automatic search he set up for me. I’m an investor with cash in hand and a laser focus on what I want. Not quite sure how my comment ruffled his feathers and that behaviour is quite unprofessional. - Gerard
I bought my first home with Peter Coughlin (came highly recommended by a friend )in 2014 ....sold it.... bought and sold through him again in 2025 ...the guy is truly awesome at what he does and makes the experience a lot less stressful ..if your thinking about buying or selling a home...get a hold of him! few people are this good at there craft . - Brad Daigle
