I could not believe how incredibly unprofessional this agent was. He had me price my house at a discount in order to generate a bidding war. Then when one occurred on day three, he tried to pressure me to take several tens of thousands off the already sharp price. There were spelling mistakes and factual inaccuracies in his ad. He delegated an open house to an agent I never met, without asking me, saying he was "sick". Then when she was late, I phoned him to see what was going on, and he showed up ten minutes later wearing a Canucks jersey. When another bidding war arrived two weeks later, he dropped the ball again, and insisted that I must take another 10 grand off. I fired him at that point, and he sent me a nasty e-mail in reply. He was chauvinistic, conceited, and unprofessional throughout the two week ordeal I had him as my agent. - Jane Doe
