Philip Lemay went above and beyond... He is an Agent who really cares about his clients. He goes out of his way to make a stressful experience - buying a house - as seamless as is possible. and if glitches do happen he is there ready to help to sort things out as soon as possible... From what I can work out he never goes to bed and if he does he gets up inordinately early. I know this as his response to emails and texts are generally nearly instant. Thank you so much Philip...
