A close friend recommended Phil Tarrant to me after I had a less than positive experience with another real estate agent while I was searching for my first home. I’m so glad I switched to him! Phil took the time to walk me through the process so I understood it, which I really needed to be comfortable with such a big step. He was incredible and supportive throughout the entire process. Super patient with me asking what I sometimes felt like were ridiculous questions, he set up viewings to accommodate my hectic schedule, and even offered to drive between listings when we did a viewing tour of multiple places (which he set up perfectly, I should add). He seems to know North Vancouver and real estate incredibly well which made things go extra smoothly. After possession he checked in with me and continued answering my (sometimes ridiculous) questions-one time even when he was on vacation! I couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent, despite the stress of buying my first place and how awful moving is he helped make it manageable.
