I reached out to Rachel to simply ask some questions in regards to my husband and I listing our home. At the time she did not know our intentions, we were looking around for a suitable realtor to sell our home FAST. Within 30 minutes of our first in person meeting we both knew she had the customer service experience, the motivation, the attention to detail and great understanding of the current market to make this happen for us. Selling a home can be a stressful time; with the time crunch we had presented ourselves with, Rachel’s patience, understanding and approach to continuing explore every avenue we needed to make this happen was astounding… more than we had ever experienced from having sold 3 homes previously within that past 5 years. As the market changed fast during this time, Rachel was able to understand how to best alter her tactics and was great at explaining the current situation with us. Even when it came time to us moving, both Rachel and her husband made sure that we had what we needed in place to move across the country. In a nutshell, Rachel is the best realtor you can get. She'll have you covered from A to Z to ensure a successful & stress free experience. My house sale took a bit longer to finalize as the new owners needed to sell their house first & with their sale falling through - it created a challenge. Rachel came up with a plan & saved the sale; something I didnt feel was possible. She was available & kept me in the loop through every step. This also included communication after the sale. Rachel is thorough, professional but really nice. It was a pleasure to work with her & wouldn't use anyone else for real estate. - michael schulz
