We approached Raj Malhi to sell our house in Caledon as she had sold our neighbour's house in less than 2 weeks when the market was going pretty slow. She delivered everything as she promised. She took care of everything for us including getting the house cleaned and staging at no extra charges as some other agents charge the sellers extra for these services. After interviewing several real estate representatives to sell our first house, we decided to hire Raj to sell our house. She is a very approachable and honest professional who's always available at any time. As opposed to other agent, she took time to explain the selling process and was always available to answers our questions and concern. She also had our house staged which helped to sell it only within 10 days for the price we originally wanted!
