I met Randy Prosser as he hosted an open house that was lovely but didn't tick enough boxes. We chatted about what did and didn't work for me then he offered to put me on his realtor email list, no strings attached. That's a relatively common occurrence at an open house but Randy added personal messages to each listing email and continually tailored the list as I gave more information during our many texts. The day Randy emailed my dream listing my palms started itching; after the showing I was feral for that house. IT WAS MINE. Randy gave me and my husband great advice on how to structure the offer, and graciously tolerated my torrent of anxious texts with quick and helpful responses. Our detailed but reasonable offer was accepted the same day and I have been floating ever since. Randy Prosser is a frigging rock star and has my fervent recommendation for anyone seeking a knowledgeable realtor with a great attitude and kick-ass work ethic. - Catherine Johnson
