dont waste your time, we purchased one of his listings through another reputable agent thank god....you should see the list of things that were not disclosed that were blatantly known at the time of listing....he took no responsibility for anything just blamed his client for everything...is that who you would want representing you in the purchase or sale of one of the largest investments you will make in your lifetime.....i dont think so...

The other reviewer that slammed Randy obviously do not know him or have delt with him in person. Randy went so far as to give me money out of his own pocket without me even asking because the last owner of the house I bought left a bunch of garbage in it. I paid got junk to remove it and randy just dropped a cheque in my mailbox. To say he is all about his commission is 100% false. Randy listed my house at a price I thought was right, it sold in the first showing. We then bought a house that I would have never even looked at and Randy nudged me to look at it. If it were not for Randy we would not be in our dream house today. He is extremely nice, not pushy, a family man, a hard worker and I would use him for every house transaction in the future. It’s too bad I like my house so much I will not be selling it. - Terry Goertzen
