Hiring Rebecca as an agent is suicide for a seller in this market. She is extremely rude and invasive, thus will turn away viable buyers based on her fickle judgement. I went to see a home on display as an OPEN HOUSE with my children and mother. Before we could even take off our shoes she was demanding we sign in. I provided a great deal of personal information (name, address, telephone, email address). She proceeded to ask how much of a mortgage we were approved for, to which I told her was not for her to know at this time. She then stated we are not allowed to see the house if she can’t confirm that we could afford it first. She then told me if I don’t give her that information then I’ll need to return to see the house with a private showing! I couldn’t believe my ears, and have never had such crass, unethical and judgemental treatment by an agent before. She saw a woman of Colour, with three children and assumed I wasn’t in a position to purchase unless I could show her proof. I requested she return the personal information I wrote down and she continued to give me a hard time, telling me I need to wait outside until she’s done with other people who were viewing the home first. I would not recommend this woman as she has zero professionalism, and quite honestly I think she is racist. - Eileen Davis

This is the rudest realtor I have ever met. She was hosting an open house in Pickering and was not inviting at all. It felt like we were inconveniencing her somehow. She was cold and rude from the second we walked in. When I wouldn’t provide her with our personal home address or amount of our mtg pre approval on her registration form she became even more rude and stated “my listing my rules”.
