By far the worst realtor I have ever come across. Doesn't communicate or provide progress updates on how your property is doing. The few occasions that she did call, she would call at midnight on weekdays. One must chase her for feedback and she will respond one week later. She recommended a listing price and then 1 month later after no activity told me there was "no point of inconveniencing my tenant to schedule an open house" and advertising in a newspaper would "just advertise that we priced too high? She eventually canceled my listing without even notifying me and said I can go ahead with another realtor as she is too busy to waste her time with my listing. She deems herself as the top 1% but this is clearly a lie.
