She is extremely hard working, answers calls very promptly, always on time and willing to accommodate our schedules. Once we found he home we wanted Rhea did a great job at negotiating a better price for us! She was very patient with us and showed us as many homes as we wanted to see. She pointed out the good and the bad with each of the properties she showed us and wanted to make sure we got the best bang for our price range. Rhea is certainly one of the best in her field! She doesn't mess around and drag her heals, that's for sure! I called her to say I wanted to sell and my home was on the market 2 days later and sold on the 3rd! She was very organized when she came to see me to get house details, set our asking price, make suggestions on staging and other things I cld do to help me get it sold quickly and for more money. We did everything she said and what a difference it made in how our presented itself, once on the market. She took amazing photos, did a great write up on the house and most importantly she did everything she said she would in a very timely manner! We also loved Rhea's down to earth personality!
